There's a moment in every craft when the person doing it forgets you're watching. Twenty-five years photographing people at work, from kitchens to factory floors to fields, and the frame I'm always after is never exactly the same. What stays constant is the respect. For how hard people work. For how much they care. For the fact that I get to be in the room at all, watching the people whose work makes all of our lives possible.
